Emerald Coast Systems Group is a software and ERP engineering firm on Florida's Gulf Coast. We support federal agencies and prime contractors that need senior SAP/ERP, DevOps, data, and applied AI depth without unnecessary layers.
We founded Emerald Coast Systems Group on a practical idea: deep enterprise systems experience should be easier for government buyers and prime teams to access. ERP sustainment, data integration, reliability engineering, and applied AI are often treated as separate lanes; we bring them together in one focused small business.
The company was established June 3, 2026. The experience behind it is deeper: principal-level SAP/ERP production experience, SECRET-cleared engineers on staff, working technical demonstrations, and the proprietary OSHAL agent framework used under senior engineer review.
We're based in Fort Walton Beach, minutes from Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field — rooted in the community that flies, tests, and trains many of the missions we aim to support.

We are organized around four practices: SAP/ERP modernization, DevOps and reliability, applied AI and automation, and custom software/data engineering. Automation can accelerate analysis and delivery, but people remain accountable for the work.
Owner-led. Sets the firm's strategy, client relationships, and delivery, drawing on 25 years across SAP and enterprise ERP.
Modernization, configuration, integration, migration, production support, incident triage, and root-cause analysis.
DevOps, reliability, infrastructure automation, observability, release control, and operational support for mission systems.
APIs, dashboards, data pipelines, model comparison, semantic search, computer vision, and agent-assisted workflows under review.

No layered teams or hand-offs as a default posture. Senior engineers stay close to requirements, delivery, and operational consequences.
We use AI to answer the questions you have — not create the problems you don't. Agent workflows can compress effort, but every serious deliverable needs human review and accountability.
We distinguish proven capability, application status, and work still being validated. Buyers and teaming partners should not have to decode vague claims.
Based in the Eglin/Hurlburt defense corridor, close to the agencies and primes we serve.
